Used this hotel for a stag do as part of our package. Check in took a little while as we had to each leave £25 'security' deposit in case anything got broken. The room we had looked like it had been recently renovated and was clean. The 'bar' downstairs is a little limited in their selection of drinks. It seems...

First the good things; upon entry to the bedroom it was clean and tidy. Now the bad things; in a room for 5 persons there is a bath but no separate shower, there is a mixer tap in the bath that allows for a shower but even after 5 attempts, I could never maintain the temperature; i.e. runs cold then...

We stayed here for a weekend on 7th and 8th of October. We arrived early and were allowed to check in there and then after parting with £150 for the 2 night stay. We went to our room and immediately my heart sank, the room was as clean as it could be with such nasty furnishings and stained carpet. The...

We stayed over the weekend of 28th-30th October and I'm sorry to say it was awful. However, in the interests of objective reviewing, here are the Good Points: - location was good - 10 mins walk from the sea front/beach, and 15-20 mins walk to town centre. - rooms were large, with high ceilings. - free parking. - Reasonably clean-ish,...

Positives first...room was a decent size with a nice high ceiling, it had recently been decorated I should say, the bed was comfy & had fresh clean white linen. Although we couldn't check in early they let us park the car there while we went to town for lunch, the tv wouldn't work but they replaced it straight away &...

I had to stay at this hotel unfortunately due to it being pre arranged by a friend so we could all meet up to have a night out. After being charged a £25 per person deposit (in case the room got 'trashed'), the lady in reception could not speak very good English and proceeded to put us in a room...

This is a poor example of a hotel, look else where. I don't expect a lot from these type of hotels but I do expect some level of cleanliness.... nope!! Dirty bathroom, bits on the carpet and found an old train ticket from beginning of September so not sure when last cleaned. Drunk people trying to find their room in...

Defiantly not happy with this stay yes it was cheap but I don't think it was worth the money we had paid. Got given our first room and it was full of just rubbish from other rooms, we then got the room next door and realized that the shower doesn't actually work at all there was no hot water, hair...

We stayed here prior to flying from Bournemouth airport. For this purpose it was adequate but had we been staying longer than 1 night I would have been devastated. The hotel is very dated with peeling wall paper. The room was fairly clean but not to a high standard. Our room was a reasonable size but there was so much...

First of all I think it's only fair to mention that we arrived in Bournemouth with no accommodation and this was the first place we came to, it was dark and it wasn't until the morning that we noticed the scaffolding, so they may have been renovating or had maybe just taken over. The foyer was clean and smelt nice...
