Firstly the hotel is situated in a very good part of Bournemouth, a small walk from the pier and town centre but that is all the hotel has going for it, the reception staff was friendly but that is where it ends - the lifts are very small and you cant get yourself and bags in at the same time,...

Only stay here if you don't care about filthy rooms. The lift is very small and grimy. Stains on the bedroom wall, curtains and lamp. They polished around the TV. Bathroom shower had loads of water marks and had not been cleaned properly. Mirror not cleaned. Towels are off white and tatty. Shower gel had been watered down. Bedroom carpet...

Poor hotel. Check in staff were useless. Room was in poor state. Large stains on threadbare carpets. Poorly fitted towel rails that rocked a good 4 inches both ways and live light sockets above shower head. Also had cleaning staff that tried to come into the room before we were due to check out at 10am.

On arrival the staff were very welcoming and seemed very nice. We went to our room and on opening the door the smell of cigarette smoke was overpowering, ash on the window frames and a vest damp smell too. The only thing clean about the room was the bedding. After much thought of whether to just stay we decided to...

The room is just awful. 2 rooms from our party are large and spacious although dusty and grimey. Our room is so small we can hardly walk around the bed at the same time as each...

I booked and stayed for 1 night. The room was ok, could do with a lick of paint to freshen up and the bed should have a head-board. Otherwise I could not complain as the price was 4 x less than staying at the marriott or hilton. Breakfast is £7.50 for a buffet, which is good value, but it's pretty...

Pulled up at the hotel and my first words were oh my god what a s******e.. stayed in a twin room and as soon as we walked through that door the room absolutely stank of cigarette smoke! It made me very very bad because of my asthma. I know it's only classed as a 3* hotel but it was so...
