Me and my partner stopped here for one night. On arrival I was impressed with the interior design and cleaniness of the hotel and parking was better than I expected with loads of spaces and at only £3.50 a day. When in our room I first noticed how much I could hear outside and the vars driving passed, we was...

This hotel is in walking distance to the beach, a good location. I mainly dealt with a gentleman named Steve and he was friendly, helpful and thoughtful. We stayed in a family room for one night, two adults and two children. It was a cosy room. The decor was modern and fresh. The room was clean. The beds were done...

Stayed here over the Easter weekend, lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. With only a 10/15 minute walk into town/the beach it is situated in a lovely location. The room was small but for 2 people it was perfect, and it was clean and tidy. Only negative I would add is that the pillows were rock hard which...

We came to Bournemouth for my dad's funeral and stayed at the Croham for 2 nights. This is a very tired place which could be improved very cheaply just by changing the bed linen and room decor to something brighter than brown. Breakfast was uninspired. Bacon and eggs with one slice (yes you did read that right, One tomato does...

My brother and I were already on our way down to Bournemouth for the weekend and had got a pre-booked 2-night reservation to stay here from several months earlier. It was therefore to our dismay that we received a message a couple of hours AFTER having left home and already on our train to advise that our booking for that...

Hotel is in a good location for town centre, BIC and the seafront although quite a steep climb back from the town. The room was cramped, but comfortable, but no complimentary toiletries. Late book out time was a positive for us but the cooked breakfast was cold

A lovely hotel, beautifully decorated, a very comfortable room, a really relaxing enjoyable weekend away, wasn't so keen on the breakfast, and parking is very limited, but if you want to just go in to the centre of Bournemouth it's only a short walk.

On booking this break I was told there might be a charge for our small dog, when we arrived we were told we had to pay 20 pound for the dog for our two night stay, asked why I had only been told now, they explained they had emailed me that morning which I did not get as we were...
