Warm, clean hotel. Excellent breakfast and made very welcome by management and staff. Would have no hesitation in returning. Two night stay, bathroom compact but clean. Other hotels in the same area and at least one local school but no noise problems during our stay. Good sized car park.

I stayed for two nights. Stayed in the Aztec room (delux twin room). Comfortable beds, nice bathroom. The chocolate drops that are near reception and in the bar are delicious, as were the chocolate bar and truffles provided in the room. The breakfast menu was good and food very nice. Hotel only 5 min walk from the beach. I would...

Just returned from an overnight stay here, a surprise for my husband booked some weeks ago. From the booking to the departure everything was perfect! We arrived just before 2PM and we're shown to our room on the 1St floor overlooking the front of the hotel. The room was the Aztec room and a chocolately shade of brown and cream.....

The chocolate was amazing (obviously), the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in, and the breakfast was lovely. Staff amazing and so friendly. I recommend for any chocolate lovers, and anyone looking for a central but peaceful location in Bournemouth! Although we had various issues during our stay at the chocolate boutique hotel, only minor issues which...

My partner and I stayed here for two nights this week. This has to have been THE most personal hotel we have ever stayed in. I had emailed ahead because we had some celebratory news and I wanted to add a personal touch. Upon arrival Melissa, the hotel manager, greeted us with a warm smile and welcome. We were early...

Loved the personal touch - from the warm friendly welcome to catering for a dark chocolate eater! Advice on what to do around the place, where to eat. Chocolate fountain a bonus. Great value for money. Highly recommended

Stayed here for one night. This hotel is a good choice, good size rooms very comfortable bef and fluffy towels. Chocolate in the room plus tea and coffee and free patking. Great breakfast. We looked at staying at Marriott but they did not offer tea and coffee in the room or free parking or of course the free chocolate. We...

We have recently returned from a weekend away with 16 close friends at this fun chocolate themed hotel. As a large group, who go away together for a weekend each year, it's always a bonus to be able to find somewhere to accommodate all of us and the staff and facilities at the hotel were all good. Our chocolate themed...
