We have spent 2 nights at the hotel this weekend. Our room was big and spacious, including the bathroom. The hosts were really welcoming and looked after us for the weekend. Breakfast was delicious, the full English used really nice produce and was cooked to perfection. The hotel location is central Dorchester which is perfect to explore the town, have...

Amazing place. Right in the center of town with parking right up the road. Wonderful hosts with a tiny sweet kitty. The rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was amazing. 10/10 would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay - very friendly and comfortable. Very handy for all Dorchester has to offer and cheap car park nearby. And yes the breakfast was fantastic! We had a lovely room with a nice sitting area. Thank you Tom for all your advice on the local pubs!

A friendly welcome as soon as I arrived. I stayed for a couple of nights and everything was perfect. I felt well attended to at breakfast (offered more toast and coffee without my even asking...) I arrived by train and walked from the station but the bus-stop is just outside. Local museums and restaurants on the doorstep. I would stay...

We arrived an hour before our room was due to be ready but we were made very welcome by Tom who showed us to our room. We had a superior double room which was delightful and had a little anti room with tv, sofa, little fridge with milk and bottled water and tea/coffee making facilities. The room was clean and...

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay with attention to detail from the couple whose home it is. This is as good as the best hotel with the home comfort and personal service that come from the husband and wife owners. Breakfast in the conservatory is lovely!

Plus points - lovely breakfast with loads of choice. Wonderful, comfortable large bed with very good bed linen. Good wifi connection. Coffee pod machine in room (though this needed a good clean before using) Central location so easy to walk around Dorchester. Negatives - Room 5 has very limited space in the bedroom, the adjacent 'living room' was nice but...

Slap bang in the middle of Dorchester is this lovely b&b. We had a great time exploring Dorset whilst basing ourselves at Tom's house with its comfortable and well-appointed rooms, immaculate public areas and terrific breakfasts. Highly recommended - we'll be back.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. The location is in the middle of the main high street in Dorchester. We Were shown to our first floor room at the front of the house. I am a very light sleeper and there was hardly any traffic noise as there was triple glazing. The room had a king size...
