We booked two rooms, the family room and a double as there were 5 of us. We haven't stayed in a b&b for years but needn't have worried. Fantastic location, really comfortable rooms, lovingly and well thought out designs and spotlessly clean. Claire was very friendly and the breakfast large and really well cooked. Would definitely recommend and a short...

Claire was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. She recommended some great walks and pubs. We were upgraded to room 5 when we arrived which was lovely, a large modern room with a comfortable bed, en-suite, tv and mini fridge. The property was very clean and well maintained - breakfast was very filling and a good choice of...

Lovely family room :) plenty of space for all three of us. I love butterflies so absolutely adored the decor. Claire and her husband were super attentive and great, nothing was too much trouble and they were so kind and thoughtful. The private family bathroom was wonderfully decorated and extremely clean. The property itself was well located for visiting the...

The greeting we had was very welcoming, we were shown to our room and everything explained. It was clean and tidy, very well decorated, its nice to see that the paintwork was not chipped and decor not at all tired or tatty. My only point would be that i don't think we needed the furry draught excluder in the room...

Lovely stay at Robertsbrook. Nice welcome, clean room, comfortable bed, good shower and satisfying breakfast. Good location and a great recommendation for dinner. Would return if we were staying in Swanage again.

We booked here to save driving home after a visit to Swanage Railway. Very convenient as just opposite the entrance ! Not having stayed in a Guest House for many years we perhaps had too many expectations. The welcome from the landlady was very friendly, and she cooked a great breakfast. Unfortunately the room was not as expected. She did...

Very friendly welcome by Claire and Chris. All rooms were immaculate and spacious with en suite, TV, bath robes, fridge, little treasure box of sweets, hairdryer etc. Location is perfect, just a couple of minutes walk to shops, pubs and beach. Breakfast was not small so big appetite required, really tasty and everything you need was on offer. We came...

We go once a year as family and always stay here. The welcome, friendliness, cleanliness, attention to detail and breakfast are all excellent and as you would expect from a bb with such a high rating. Claire and the team obviously work hard to keep up their high standards. Nothing not to like.

Location very central for everything and parking(which is a must during busy season) warm and very friendly couple run it who are knowledgeable about area and where to go what to do. Great breakfast, accommodating for fussy eaters too! Exceptionally clean and up to date rooms/furnishings. We always stay here when visiting area - it's that good!
