I stayed here with my husband for one night on 1 September in a standard room. I could not fault it. We paid £50 for the room which was a bargin! The room was small but was all we needed as we spent most of our time out and about and just needed somewhere to sleep. It was extremely clean...

Despite booking on line and getting confirmation, the hotel cancelled on the day before our visit saying that there was a problem with their booking system. They were going to try and find us somewhere else to say but I didn't hear another word.

Travelled with 2 of my friends for a mini break. We were in an ideal location for all of the bars and clubs, as well as the Lanes (shopping and restaurants). The rooms are quite small but beautifully decorated and perfect for what we needed it for. Marco and Co, who run it were very friendly and helpful, and really...

Stayed for 2 nights for Brighton Speed Trials Sept 10 & 11, 2010. Good location, nice sized superior room and recently tastefully decorated. However, was not dusted, stains on the carpet and chairs and the bathroom - floor tiles have little or no grout, sanitary ware still has labels on it, shower tray not grouted so water must be getting...

After originally booking with LateRoom.com we checked with the guest house direct and it was £15pn cheaper! We felt we had a good deal for this 2 night stay at £50pn. So check with the hotel first before you commit with another agent. The guest house is reasonably modern although in places a general lift/re-fresh is needed. That said you...

This is a very clean and well designed guest house where we had the opportunity to stay in both their superior and standard rooms - the latter due to unavailability of the superior at the time of booking for our last night. The rate was excellent for Brighton and we were very pleased with our superior room located on the...

The rooms are decorated in a contemporary style, but this was somewhat compromised by a lack of attention to detail. The toilet seat was broken, and very grubby with residual dirt due to lack of thorough cleaning. Despite mentioning this to the duty staff, no one was in a hurry to rectify this by the following day. The place also...

I must admit I read the reviews after staying and it's such a shame to see negative feedback, because this guest house is truly lovely. Yes the room was quite small, but thats pretty normal for a bed and breakfast. I think the fact that the rooms are spotless, tastefully decorated and in the heart of Brighton, who could ask...
