I spent two nights at Brighton Breeze in my visit to Brighton to sort out some paperwork, so I was just looking for something cheap were I could spend the night. Since I booked it only because it was cheap I was ready to find a small room and small bathroom, so I won't complain about that. What it really...

Rooms are in terrible condition. Hand rails fell off and floorboards were loose. Room was also an absolute mess with cigarette wrappers and shot glasses on floor. Also had tobacco on our bed! Bed covers were also stained and room smelt of smoke

This was a nice little hotel. Although it should really be called a guest house as it is very small. There is no proper reception just a cupboard at the back where you check in, there is no bar or any kind of communal area. However, the hotel does now have wifi – its moving into the modern age! It...

The hotel did the job, and wasn't bad at £60. Had all the basic facilities we needed, shower, tv, bed, cupboard, kettle, etc. We got there at 1pm and our room wasn't ready, so the lady upgraded us to a triple room which was ready at no extra cost. The room was actually really nice with a nice balcony and...

Although cheap for the time of year, the accommodation is very basic. We were in the front bedroom ,ground floor and the noise late at night and early mornings was overbearing. The plus side, clean room and in kemp town which is quite a cool area.

Terrible is the least of your worries. A contagion of pathogens lurking around. Orderlies living below the stairs cooking odorous delights. Noisy builders and debris galore. Mould in a box airless container called a bathroom. Views of othee buildings. Privacy to a bare minimum. Night time guests who may hitch a lift to your home too; dreaded bedbugs-await the desired...

Stayed here for a girlie weekend in Brighton. It's a little way out from the main bars etc but taxis were only £2 each for the 3 of us so wasn't that bad. Our room was right up the top (not fun with luggage ha) but our room was clean and well equipped. Hotelier was friendly and present for check...

Was put in single room which was the smallest room I have ever seen, at the top of the place, basically an attic. Had to force door open as dirty towel from last stay left on the floor. Toilet didnt flush. Worried that if a fire occurred I would be roasted as no escape and window wouldn't open. Well my...

This hotel offers 'what it says on the tin'. It is no frills, simple and economical. I have read bad reviews of it saying it has no wifi and no breakfast, but that seems unfair as it makes clear it does not offer these. It is a little off the beaten track and would not be suitable for any disabled...
