The quirky decor of this hotel is what makes it stand out in addition to the small touches - nespresso machine in room, cute radio playing music when we arrived in, scented lotions in the bathroom, waterfall shower.... all appreciated! The bar was lively and the breakfast was fantastic! Another guest at the table next to me said it was...

When you stay here you can very quickly and easily see why they receive so many 5 star reviews. There are so many great things about this hotel. First of all - the Location. It faces out onto the seafront right at the i360. So you are only a short walk away from the pier and right beside the beach....

The room was very cosy, unique and felt like a bedroom, not a hotel room. The view was excellent, looking out on Regency Square and the i360 - great for people watching. Because I booked directly with them we got a lovely free breakfast too. Right in the heart of Brighton and opposite the regency square underground parking which has...

An exceptional place to stay perfect for pottering around Brighton. Very welcoming, friendly, approachable staff. A sea facing room with views of the west pier and the i360. Spotlessly clean with en-suite and quality toiletries. Very nice breakfast and catered for a vegan. Highly recommended.

Stayed here on recommendation. Great quirky hotel with excellent views. Bed really comfy and the hotel makes you really welcome. Rooms all different and well equipped with tea and coffee, biscuits and toiletries.

A friend of mine invited me to stay with her and another friend at the Artist Residence in Brighton before leaving the UK. The location is fabulous - it is basically right by the sea and in walking distance to the lanes, the piers, the station, Brighton and Hove. It is a very unusual hotel as each room has its...

Booked a bigger sea view room online based on the picture and we were given the very same room. And the pictures do it no justice. The attention to detail was exceptional from the jazz playing on entering the room, the most comfortable of beds, the free standing bath, the stylish on-suite I could go on. It would not look...

I can't recommend the Artist Residence highly enough. I have stayed in three or four of their rooms over the past few months. Each one is unique, but all very comfortable. Some have stunning views of Regency Square, the i360 and the sea. Some of these rooms also have quite spacious balconies. The food snack menu changes often and each...

I have three basic criteria I use to judge a really good hotel - nice toiletries in the bathroom, real milk in the fridge (free to guests) and a plug socket positioned close enough to a mirror so I can dry my hair. It's not much to ask, is it?! My room at AR had two out of three (not...
