The host Lini was really welcoming and efficient. Every thing was good. Nice ensuite room. Breakfast in cafe on the corner was average. Great location, we were so close to the sea, all the attractions, bars and restaurants.

This lovely little property is situation in a fantastic location , walking distance from everything I wanted to visit. Few bullet points - Parking is not ideal, but for the location this is expected. The manageress was very helpful in advisor where to park and even sold us a 24hr pass for £10. - The place feels quite cold and...

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights over New Year. It was a nice clean room with what appeared to be a very new bathroom. It was very good for the price and included a lovely breakfast at the cafe a few doors down (breakfast was fab). We managed to get parked but it can be difficult to...

We had been there for two nights and the experience with the host and the hostel were really greatful. The room was big enough (room 3), clean and tidy. Just few minutes from everywhere. We could park our car just in front of the hostel for 20 pounds for two days and that was really helpful. HOWEVER our happines just...

Great location! So close to everything. Lovely host woman lini who runs the house, very helpful and even did a little extras for us. Room was very clean and had feathered pillows and duvet. Room was alittle bit noisy at night as we were on the ground floor and can hear people moving above. Great for the price would definitely...

It's a great location, it was that and the price that made us book. Lini the manager was very nice and we had a long chat when we arrived. Literally 2/3 minutes to the pier. We'll stay next time we come to Brighton, thanks Lini!

The cafe staff were amazing and had brilliant customer service. Before I arrived I had a text from the house keeper letting me know I was booked in...

We found this place after some searching, as many hotels and B&Bs required a minimum of 2 nights stay and most others were booked out. We loved it. We were met by the very warm and friendly owner, (who, my husband and I agreed looked very much like Clark Gable) at the door. He showed us to our room and...

Wow, Clark Gable, I've never heard that one before, but thank you, thats so kind of you. Also a great thanks to the comments you have made about the Beachpad itself. We appreciate all feedback but are really happy when we hear guests have enjoyed their stay.

I booked this online in advance. We arrived and buzzed the entry-phone which diverted to someone's mobile phone. She let us in and arrived within a minute. She was lovely - very polite and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had a kettle, tea/coffee/milk etc. There was a TV, WIFI, iron...
