From arriving until leaving, the The Grand was grand, the staff were efficient and friendly ,the direct booking worked well and we got what we asked for. The sea view from the window was magnificent! Should we return to Brighton, the Grand would be our first choice always!

Great location, lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, nice bars (with great cocktails) and fantastic seaside location. Good facilities, small gym, but sufficient equipment for a quick holiday workout!

Does the hotel have lifts?
yes they do , but when the hotel is busy , they can be very slow to reach all floors up to 5/10 minutes wait , we ended up using the stairs all the time , not bad going down , but going up 5 flights , a nightmare.
