We visited brighton for 3 nights as a 'baby moon' type break. The hotel was in a great location, the staff were all very friendly and everything was clean and welcoming. We found the hotel on last minute.com and payed£289 for 3 nights in a sea view room with breakfast included. The room was lovely, a bay window looking right...

I paid £69 for a double room with a sea view, breakfast included. I arrived early, was told room not yet ready but was allowed to leave my bag at reception while I wandered around Brighton, on what was a chilly, windy afternoon. Later went to my room, a large sized double, with a great view overlooking the beach and...

Thank you for taking the time to write your constructive review. Happy to read you really enjoyed the sea view room and facilities. Apologies your views were obscured, I'm sure you can appreciate that the condition of the windows can literally change by the minute along the sea front. We look forward to welcoming you back in the near future,...

We've just stayed at this hotel for a second time, for the money it's got good size rooms with good sea views and in a good location on that part of Kings Road. Although the building is of the older style English seafront type the attitude and service level of the staff is of a much larger and more modern...

Very handy position. Clean and tidy. Staff efficient and friendly. Breakfast good apart from choice of cereals. Bar ok, but usual higher hotel prices. My only downside was lack of sleep by person in next room flushing toilet at 4am and showering at 6am, only a metre from our bed. When en suites put in, part of our room (218)...

Very clean and nicely decorated. Rooms are spacious and warm. Bathroom had a full bath with shower above and lovely big towels. Walls were very thin so talking could be heard from other rooms and also traffic noise. Full English breakfast, nicely cooked but could have been warmer ( it was a very busy morning). The price was excellent.

Stayed for 1 night over the weekend and the location was perfect - on the beach, 10 minute walk from the main city centre. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and the breakfast was great! The room was nothing fancy but hygienically clean with a view of the picture I've attached.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kings Hotel. Great room that was very comfortable and clean. Situated right on the seafront with a great view. Friendly staff and a great price for a double room including an excellent breakfast.

We booked through last minute and this was the 'Secret Hotel' option. It's located about 10/15 mins walk from the city center which is fine on a nice day, slightly awkward if it's raining and blustery, when walking along the seafront. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. We had the basement room at the front of the hotel....

I stayed here on business for 2 nights and although there was limited parking I was unable to get a spot; not a problem as that was made clear on the booking.
