Found this place by chance. I was trying to find accommodation for myself and 2 adult sons and finding a 3 bedded room at a reasonable cost seemed impossible. I found Paskins via Travel Zoo and it was just brilliant. Fabulous large 3 bedded-room, with private bathroom, yards from Brighton seafront and parking immediately outside the door (for £10), fabulous...

My partner & myself stayed for 2 nights. Our greeting at reception set the stage for things to come. Everyone was very polite & couldn`t be more helpful. Our room was very well appointed & everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was exceptional, with a variety of cooked breakfasts & cereals. We stay in Brighton every December, never returning to he...

Only handicaps here is the building, a Brighton townhouse (two knocked together), so stairs are narrow and rooms can be a bit small. Breakfasts are amazing tho' and rooms clean, new and in good repair. If you can get a good deal, this is well worth staying in.

Delightful couple who run this Hotel have us a free upgrade to a fabulous 4 poster room when the tv in our, perfectly adequate, original room, stopped working. The varied and unusual hot breakfast options were exquisite. We will return. Parking is problematic but on our charmed weekend we found somewhere close by to use our permits... £10 a day.

Stayed for 2 nights. The bedroom was bright, clean and warm and the bed was very comfy. The little welcome tray was a delight. The only downside was hearing other guests footsteps walking past the room and on the stairs, especially if they wore heels. Although it wouldn't put us off revisiting. Loved the art deco decor throughout the hotel....

....this friendly, ever so slightly quirky little hotel! My room was clean and warm with nice touches and the location is within brisk walking distance of central Brighton and the train station (it took me about 15 mins to walk to the station with a heavy bag!). The star of this show though is breakfast! Served by two lovely young...

Very warm welcome, the staff are outstandingly friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable, the breakfast choice is amazing and top quality, beautifully presented. Very conveniently located for seaside, town and local bars and restaurants. And of course Brighton is pretty cool too. Oh, and the WIFI was fast and reliable!

We stayed here a few years ago. The breakfasts are as lovely as ever and the staff were friendly and helpful, but I did regret booking Paskins this time as I thought it was very expensive - £420 for 3 nights for a double room plus £10 per day for parking. The room was in good decorative order but little...
