Absolutely loved our two night mini-break at Alan and Ollie's B&B. The postion is brilliant (15 minute walk to the centre), the service is wonderful (Ollie was happy to give restaurant recommendations and tell us about the sites) and the property itself was full of character and extremely clean and tidy. A special thank you to Alan for his delicious...

My partner and I stayed here in November 2013. I had never stayed at a B&B and it was a wonderful first experience. Ollie and Alan were welcoming but not overbearing and we were able to come and go as we pleased. The room (although quite small) was beautifully decorated and styled, the bed was super soft and every surface...

We stayed here for 2 nights over New Year. Right from the welcome we knew this B&B was going to be more than we expected! Very friendly owners who obviously put a great deal of time and effort into their business....and it shows! Room was beautiful and immaculate whilst complementing the character of the building. The bathroom (wet room) was...

Will definitely stay here again! Alan & Ollie really know the area & made several restaurant recommendations for us- all of which were spot on....

Don't tell too many people about this place, otherwise we'll never get another booking. Lovely room (No 2 at the front), very comfortable, excellent breakfast and the boys looked after us very well, perfect mix of friendly and professional. Couldn't ask for more.

Alan & Ollie were great hosts they truly want you to have a good time, starting with a great breakfast to being able to recommend a good place to eat. The room was clean and spacious, well decorated with some thoughtful touches. They were...

Stayed at "27" for three nights earlier this week whilst visiting Brighton with my partner. I'll keep the review short and sweet as those who've reviewed before me sum it up pretty well! Brilliant location (staggering distance to the town centre), brilliant hospitality (Alan and Ollie couldn't have been more helpful - particularly on our hangover day!!), brilliant room (room...

Do it. Stay there. Alan and Ollie take care of you like you wouldn't believe. We'd been driving all day when we arrived there they couldn't have been more lovely and gave us great tips on where to head that night. The rooms were beautiful. And I mean beautiful. The best part? Breakfast. Seriously good breakfast. Will definitely stay there...
