Stayed here for two nights in March for a break away. Staff very friendly however room definitely in need of some TLC, room was to an ok level of cleanliness but the room definitely needs a facelift with wallpaper falling off and the adhesive around the bath significantly mouldy. Quite difficult to sleep as one the bay windows was broken...

Stayed at this hotel for a night. The man that checked us in and out was very friendly. Our room, the marina room had everything in it that you needed though the television was broken. To be fair we didn't mention to the reception, if we did I am confident that it would have been rectified. The location of the...

Very quirky! Loved it! Fantastic view of West Pier and the i360. Unlevel floor, squeaky floorboards, black wall paper, exposed bricks, old building in need of sound proofing but, very cosy, comfortable, nice and warm. This hotel certainly has character and I'd be happy to stay here again. Charming young man behind the desk.

The decor was a little bit tired but had character. The breakfast downstairs at Smokey's was excellent. The staff were wonderful. And to simply look out from the room and enjoy the sea view was perfect.

We were in the Sussex room, very clean and comfortable, lovely big shower. Although we were at the top of the stairs we didn't hear any other guests. Reception staff were great and the breakfast in the morning was lovely

We stayed in the Prince Regent room which had a great view overlooking the sea. I know the hotel is boutique, but the room had the feeling that it was being refurbished. The bay windows were mostly wood, but only the frames were painted, leaving the lower part bare, not polished, as though they were waiting a coat of paint....

Managed to get a room here on NYE due to a cancellation - Incredible luck, and the hotel gave me a very good deal. They could of ripped me off easily, but such is the quality of the staff that they really made me feel at home. Stayed 2 nights in the end. On my last morning the owner even...

It is well located to all amenities including the Brighton centre and 360i it is located next to the Hilton metropole. I stayed in the West Pier Room on the second floor, which is a double room with sea view...

After coming to Brighton for many years for pleasure and conferences. I can honestly say this is the best hotel in Brighton. Hidden gem. Staying in The Balcony room. Step into the huge jacuzzi. Then sleep in the gorgeous hand carved wooden bed. Looking out on our balcony over the sea. Then the breakfast. Omg room fit for a king...

Stayed here as part of a Valentine's Day break. Warm welcome on arrival and directed to our room. We stayed in the Brunswick Suite on the ground floor which had its own lounge area with a sea view and a separate bedroom and bathroom. The rooms were clean and well presented. The bathroom had a whirlpool bath which was a...
