My girlfriend and I stayed here a couple of nights over a bank holiday weekend. And had nothing to complain about it. The hotel is on the small side but that just adds to its charm. The rooms again are small although there was plenty of room for the us and were clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful....

We recently stayed in the family room. A very spacious room, sweeping views across the promenade and well laid out - albeit with small pokey bathroom. The staff are wonderful and friendly, always happy to help and available all throughout the day. Always smiling which makes the stay more pleasant. So why 3* rating? Well, to be honest the hotel...

Good Value hotel, I had a single room which was modern and clean with own ensuite, the breakfast was very good and you ate looking out over sea views directly opposite the Brighton wheel - would stay there again as the location is brilliant for a night out in Brighton.

If you are looking for a comfortable stay at a perfectly located guesthouse, with an amazing view at a reasonable price, this is the place. The rooms are small and the floors are on the wonky side, however the entire room was very clean. Recommended to all easy going travellers looking for something quaint.

Visited this hotel a few weeks ago with friends. The location is great and the staff very friendly. Our room was much bigger than we expected after seeing the pictures, and we even had a room with sea view. The breakfast was a perfect start of our busy days! We all would definitely stay in this hotel again!!

First time we have visited Brighton and we were not disappointed. This B and B is in an excellent position and is very handy for the centre, shops and Pavilion. The room (7) was spotlessly clean but very small - the en-suite was really small and anyone larger than us would not have fitted in it. The 53 steps up...

This is a B&B not a hotel, although for the price I paid we could have stayed in a 4 star hotel! On checking in with my daughter, we were given the rules of the establishment, which included something about no guests in your room after 6.00 p.m. which immediately started alarm bells in my head. We had a double...

The nicest and kindest people I have ever met working in a hotel. They were very helpful with all. I loved my staying in here. It felt like being at home. The views from the breakfast room was amazing!
