This has the potential to be a really good boutique hotel. It is an interesting building with many original features retained, the guest lounge is a real time warp. It is the last remaining seafront hotel in East Kemp and there is a superb walk up the front to the Bristol bar - a lovely art deco pub. There are...

We all love Brighton! We've stayed at The Lanes hotel several times as a family. We've all shared a spacious family room with a sea view . Staff are always very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is clean, well managed, traditional, situated on sea front but away from hustle and often busy city streets. Perfect ! Always happy with our generous...

Ok place to stay with very friendly and helpful staff at reception which was open 24hr. Relatively close to the Brighton Pier on the foreshore. The room was clean and big enough with a nice area to sit and look out the window, even though we were not facing the main road we could still see the beach. The only problem...

The Lanes is a charming hotel in every possible way and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Situated along the Brighton sea front it is close...

They went out of their way to help us find good places to eat in nearby and had loads of recommendations. Also, we wanted to have a picnic on the beach and they allowed us to store our food in...

My husband and I stayed here recently for a night in Brighton and had booked a standard double room. Upon arrival we were fortunate to be able to use one of the hotel's limited car parking spaces. We noticed a sign in the window referring to special offers, which I was going to enquire about having been quoted the published...

I had a double room on the 4th floor with a lovely big window and a fabulous view of the sea. As I'm disabled, the lift was a must and was one reason my friends and I chose this hotel. The staff were helpful and visible and the parking was tight and limited but I was given a lot of...
