Have just returned from two days at the 21 for our wedding anniversary and can only echo what has been said before. From the minute you arrive you are made to feel very welcome by Matt & Andy. Our cases were taken to the room whilst we checked in, then we were offered coffee (and biscuits) and Andy then went...

The 21 is a great liitle B+B and from the start of our stay the service was impecable. We were met at the door by Andy while Matt was good enough to take our cases to our rooms. Andy made us welcome with a cup of tea and gave as a guide as to what was to see near by...

Just got back from Brighton yesterday, the Twenty One is wonderful, Matt & Andy are the perfect hosts. Great breakfast, great snacks in the room,(they left cream scones in the fridge for us when we had been out on Saturday) greeted with a glass of wine, just fantastic. The B&B is spotlessly clean and very tasteful. I would definitely stay...

Four friends stayed in this wonderful B&B-none of us strangers to travel and hotels/B&Bs-all of us very particular about them....we were not disappointed! This is the perfect place to stay with all the right ingredients. Andy & Matt are excellent hosts, the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly yet with great attention to detail. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully...

I have just spent 9 nights at the Twenty One. It is so superior to any other Bed & Breakfast I've stayed in that I had to share my experience. Andy and Matt are the most wonderful hosts and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. I had the little room (no 2) and it was perfect for...

I booked to stay at the 21 for a weekend getaway with my girlfriend as it was highly recommended on tripadvisor (and this site has rarely steered me wrong!). From the moment i booked, Matt and Andy's attention to detail and customer service was apparent as they sent me a personalised email with a quick greeting confirming the booking and...

We returned to Twenty One for the fourth time this weekend with my sister and her husband who hadn't been to Brighton before. Like us they were blown away by the (to me predictably) warm reception from Matt & Andy. When we arrived I checked we were ok to park at the end of the road and by the time...

Andy and Matt really are the most wonderful hosts! Welcoming, helpful, friendly, generous, knowledgeable and informative, nothing is too much trouble for them. It is clear that their desire is, quite simply, for their guests to enjoy their time in Brighton. Our room (no 6) was beautifully decorated, the bed the most comfortable ever, everything was of top quality and...

Beautiful place to stay in Brighton where we were made to feel very much at home. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and comfortable and have lots of little extras. We returned from a busy day shopping to find some little muffins and chocolate crispies waiting for us in the room and of course there is the option of a...

Stayed for a long birthday weekend in November and didnt want to leave! We were made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived, with drinks on arrival and helpful advice on things to do and see in the local area. The accommodation is beautiful (we stayed in room 4), and the room provided everything we needed. The tray of...
