So I booked this hotel through booking.com, they send me an email at 6.18pm confirming that my booking has been cancelled due to my card being declined. not too sure why it's been declined as there was money in it. I'm currently waiting for the bank to explain this. Anyway, I was on my way to Brighton without access to... More

Great hotel opposite the beach and close to shops, pubs etc. Very reasonably priced. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely sized room with large kitchen area. Will definitely go back again. Car park outside which was well priced.

The good points are that the location is good with an underground car park opposite which takes the hassle out of parking. The room was very small and the bathroom even smaller. One towell for 2 people. Bed and pilows were lovely and comfortable but go no sleep due to the thin walls. Was woken up both nights by neighbours... More

This is a really nice little hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly. What I'd say mainly, is that the location is fantastic. Everything in Brighton is within walking distance of the hotel (shopping, nightlife, The Laines etc.) and you're a 2 minute walk from the beachfront too. Brighton's such a lovely friendly town, and... More

I have been in this hotel already 2 times, once with my boyfriend, once alone. I was very satisfied both times, it is a nice and silent envirement, the hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the receptionist was very kind every time. I am planning to have another booking for my birthday, at the end July.

When I'm working in Brighton I always stay here, the staff are friendly, accommodating and very polite. The location couldn't be more central - backing into the lanes and then the front view for the beach and piers. The rooms are varied but always clean and comfortable and decent sized tv 😀 Sure you'll enjoy staying here and you can't... More

Clean, tidy compact space suitable overnight stay. Good position. Be prepared to climb stairs up to your room or ask for a ground level room Very handy to plenty good restaurants, shopping mall, close to sea front Parking Extra cost. We paid 16 pounds in secure undercover overnight underground Carpark is over the road.

Prince regent hotel is a total scam. I booked a 10 night stay and payed (£420) for the total stay. On the 3rd night i had no option but to leave the hotel as random people were being let in to the lobby area (group of thugs) which left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I was then charged £150... More

I stayed here one night. The room was clean, nice and good size. Staff very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in a central location and is easy to find/get to. I would definitely recommended this place!
