The hotel was lovely and so were the staff. The room was very small and cold even though the heating was on. The bathroom door was broken so couldn't shut the bathroom door properly, but bathroom was a good size and stylish . i recommend requesting a room on a lower floor as there was a lot of steps to...

I stayed in the Neo for four nights last week. I only had the breakfast once ( as I like to try different places for food when away) and it was absolutely yummy. The staff are all very friendly, serving food in a nice breakfast room. My bedroom was was generally nice and cosy but I feel it needs a...

Slightly quirky with oriental themed decor. The room we had was very smart but quite warm, the street outside was quite noisy with late nighters returning which meant leaving the windows open wasn't a great option. When I mentioned how warm it was next morning to one of the staff, (good breakfast by the way) I was told that they...

I stayed here with my friend for one night in September as part of a girly weekend. The hotel is near to the sea front so very easy access to the attractions in Brighton. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would defiantly recommend the lovely breakfast with lots to choose from. The rooms are small but for a weekend...

Hotel is well located, walkable to both town and the sea. The staff are very pleasant. Room was tiny, more like a cell. Looked very different to the website picture. And bathroom was a bit tired, with missing tiles, etc. No soundproofing at all on the windows; you can literally hear every word people are saying on the street! But...

Fantastic location, within walking distance of The Pier, Train Station, The Lanes and nightlife. The staff are all so helpful prior to booking as I had quite a few queries. They also recommended a great parking service, Regency Mews, which I highly recommend parking there as great location and not too pricey for Brighton. The breakfast was fantastic, service was...

Check-in was friendly and efficient. The room, although small, was clean and functional -everything you need for a short visit to Brighton. The breakfast was the perfect hangover cure! I'd definitely book again the next time I'm down for a weekend.

We were right up on the top floor so had to lug our bags up numerous flights of narrow stairs. The room was tiny and the bathroom door didn't shut. However the bathroom was a decent size.It was warm when we were there and the room was very hot so we had the window open so had to put up...
