Good, comfortable accommodation. Really good location for accessing all of Brighton - my partner and I went all over and it was a great base. The breakfast was amazingly good. Vegetarian? No problem - delicious. Only negative was trying to phone to book in as we had a voucher so did not book online.

3 night stay to be near our daughter. Room was minuscule with not a single cupboard or drawer to store clothes. Unconfortable bed with almost no room to get out / walk round. Staff did their best but would not stay there again.

Very nice B&B close to Brighton busy night life. Smart good sized room, en suite, tea and coffe with fridge. Proper milk in the fridge too and a complimentary welcome drink. Did not personally have breakfast but did smell and look good. Good price for a stay in Brighton.

I have stayed here many times and it has always been one of my favourite places to stay in Brighton. Not only have the owners changes but the entire set up is different as are the staff . You used to be welcomed by Adri and she looked after you during the stay ( they main reason we chose to...

This B & B has been recently taken over by new owners who seem to be doing a good job. Great location, only 5 mins from the seafront. Rooms very clean with nice touches such as mint chocolates with the tea and coffee. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious.

The b&b itself was lovely it was clean and in a brill location. We just had a bronze room on the small side but lovely really clean and well looked after. Hall ways are tiny so if you are disabled or have mobility problems this isn't for you. My only complaint would be that the hotel contacted and asked for...

Stayed before running Brighton marathon. Nice friendly welcome, advised where to park and was lucky enough to find a space just round the corner. Room was nice and comfortable. They arranged an early breakfast the next morning.

We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. Room was clean and comfortable with tea, coffee and fresh milk waiting plus a few mint chocolates. Small shower room, while clean it did smell a little damp, maybe as there was no window in the room? The stairs and hallway could do with a lick of paint. Good breakfast with plenty...

I stayed for one night in March, unfortunately it was only one night due to working there. The lady (I didn't get her name) was very very friendly, showed me to my room explained where everything was. The room was big and clean. Bed was very comfy and the sheets crisp clean. Breakfast was delicious all locally sourced ingredients. I...

We hit Brighton for the weekend and this guest house is in an ideal location for the seafront. The breakfast was great and bed was super comfy. However, I can imagine that the parking could be a nightmare in the warmer months; it's on-street and we were given a 24 hour permit (we got a fixed penalty notice anyway). However...
