This accommodation is in a great location. The room was in a very poor state of repair. Photos show some of the issues. I have never seen a toilet seat that doesn't fit the toilet. One glass light fitting broken, grim leak across bathroom floor. Kettle had to be used on the floor due to position of socket. Carpet was...

I stayed here for one night and first I'll list the positives Great location just up from the pier central to everything Found the guy on reception very friendly and helpful Room adequate for one night Cons Room very tired and dated Bathroom pretty grim Cons are acceptable for one evening except for the price I paid, £125, having stayed...

No free parking for starters. Room freezing. Heaters don't work. Rusting windows which don't lock. No phone in room. Bathroom revolting, throwback to 1960s. Plastic bath old plastic loo seat & corroded window. Location good. Faulty Towers!!

What can I say? It's the Brighton marathon and this hotel had the cheek to charge £195 for a room ... we assumed it would be an over inflated price but honestly it's immoral to charge such a price for this quality hotel ! The main offensive areas: Our carpet in our room - so grim I laid towels down...

Read the reviews but seeing as it was just one night thought we would chance it. But upon entering the room the over whelming smell of damp was to much. My son is asthmatic and and we just couldn't take the risk. The room was not nice either when you have door handles on a wardrobe door put on upside...

After reading previous reviews of this Bed and Breakfast we were slightly put off, but on arrival we were greeted by friendly helpful staff who helped us to our room with our bags. We were missing a mirror in the bathroom and that was rectified within minutes. The room was basic but very clean and with high powered showers! Breakfast...

We were just down in Brighton for the weekend and did not need anything posh and this hotel served the purpose. Basic but clean rooms. Shower had plenty of hot water but temperture varied when sink taps were in use. Well placed in walking distance of central Brighton.

To be honest I wasn't expecting too much. Approaching with a realistic mindset considering the price meant I was happy with my stay. Bed was comfy, had an en suite and It contributed to one of the happiest times of my life so far! Staff were nice and helpful. Didn't use the bar or have the breakfast so I can't...
