Location was ideal for sea, beach, shops and restaurants Price was reasonable and included fridge, microwave, sink, crockery and utensils. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Windows need to be replaced with double glazing as noisy in the evenings as surrounded by restaurants and a casino. Could have been cleaner, but there again I own a cleaning company and it was... Spent 2 nights here and have to say it has a lovely welcome at reception and friendly smiling staff. Nice big room and ensuite shower room. The view is also good. Only negatives no fresh milk in room, not enough pillows and lack of pictures in the room. Overall though a pleasant stay would come here again.

The beach view was superb, but unfortunately very loud traffic and street noise was part of the package too. Beds made loud noise as well and the pillows were extra thin. On the other hand the bathroom was very nice and all the hotel staff was friendly and nice and willing to help 24/7. To make long story short the... More

Cost slightly less than some of the other hotels nearby but I probably would have spent slightly more had I known what the room was like. The staff were very friendly and helpful so can't fault them there. Lift abit wobbly and slow bit gets you there! The hallways leading to rooms are very thin which makes it difficult if... More

Smell of smoke from some rooms (111) and lots of banging. Weird room layout in the family room. Very basic provisions but with weirdly smart shower room. Obviously ran out of budget there. Possibly the least nice hotel on the sea front. Not even cheap. If I had seen the rooms before booking I would have spent a bit more.

A friend booked us in here and after reading the reviews I was worried. When we arrived however, we were greeted by some lovely staff and the room was basic but clean. We were at the front of the hotel and had a great view of the beach, west pier and 360 degree tower. It was stormy and the windows... More

we spent the 3 days, the room was ok, the bathroom was spacious, it had a mini fridge (not a mini bar), at night it can get a little bit noisy, but then again is located right by the seaside with is a plus. Overall is not bad but it can do with some improvements.

We stayed here for 1 night on a Friday. Outside tatty but don't let this put you off. Check in was easy & friendly. Lift was a bit wobbly but we are lazy & preferred it to stairs! We stayed in room 301 & it was awesome! This was a standard double room & it was large with amazing views... More

Finding last minute weekend hotels in Brighton is not easy. We found this after finding our booking was no good and stayed three nights. All rooms have been refurbished. 201 is spacious, light, airy and on the sea front. The road is noisy and can disturb sleep. The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. Basic hotel but clean and good... More
