Great place to stay. Perfectly placed to walk to all that brighton offers, including a 5 minute walk to the sea. Rooms were perfect in every way. Linen crisp and white. Lovely breakfast and delightful proprietor. Will definitely come again.

Our room No 4 was very clean and well equiped, the bed and pillows was very comfy, this is always a problem for me and I am happy to say that we did not have a problem with the bed, the quilt too was lovely and warm. The en suite had a very powerful shower and plenty of hot water....

Our first time visiting Brighton in order to attend a 50th Birthday celebration and one is always wondering what awaits them accommodation- wise. We need not have worried as our experience proved to be just perfect. The courtesy, cleanliness and catering were all first-rate and will certainly use again when visiting Brighton.

I stayed here for my 20th birthday with my mum as a weekend trip away. Never stayed in a B&B before but the experience was very pleasant. Perfect location in the middle from the marina and the pier, plenty of shops, restaurants and bars near by. One thing I would say is they charge £15 for parking for 24 hours...

Hello Samantha I'm pleased that you enjoyed your stay here. As you point out, there are a lot of stairs to the top floor, which we draw visitor's attention to on our web site and when making bookings. Our parking rates are competitive, given that we are in the centre of town and offer secure on site parking: I'm not...

Really well placed to walk to just about anywhere in Brighton. Yes, the rooms are compact but if you want 'footage', go stay at the Holiday Inn. The hotel is in a lovely period terrace and has all the amenities that you need. The owner cannot do enough to make your stay a good one, from really good recommendations for...

This was my second visit to this hotel with my daughter for a 2 night break. It is in such a convenient location, easy to drive to, easy for parking (with prior arrangement with the hotel) and an easy walk to the seafront (2 mins), pier (10 mins), lanes (15 mins), and this time we walked to the Marina too...

Only a short walk into the city and parking available by prior arrangement. Our room was on the top floor, but our cases were carried to the room. The room was compact, but light & airy with sea glimpses to the south. Beautiful crisp white bedlinen and soft white pristine towels. The bathroom was modern with a lovely generous size shower....

On arrival the owner come out to our car with our parking permits and helped us in with our bags. The room was clean and bright. The breakfast was excellent and the location is perfect (only 5 minutes walk from the Brighton Lanes). We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.
