Stayed here Friday and Saturday night. On check-in, we were given a map of the city and were pointed out some attractions, restaurants, etc. Room very nice, spacious. Bathroom good. Very convenient location just a minute away from the beach front, and a few minutes walk from the town centre. Breakfast really good, great service and plenty of it. Nicely...

We've just returned from a great weekend in Brighton, made even better by fantastic weather and a pretty good B&B. I'm usually quite sceptical of TripAdvisor's reviews as it seems most people want to find a hidden Shangri-La for £0 and Greys had some pretty emphatic reviews about it's quality. To start with, my wife made a huge gaffe on...

We have just returned from a two night stay at Grey's after spotting it on Trip Advisor. It definitely lives up to the great reviews. The location was perfect for us- it is situated in a quiet street just minutes from the beach and about a ten minute walk from The Lanes and the Pavillion. Parking was no issue, we...

My girlfriend and I spent two nights at Grey's in September. It's our fourth visit in the last 2 or 3 years, so I thought it was about time I gave them a review. Firstly, in my opinion this is the perfect area to stay in if you're looking for a relaxing break. You're just far enough away from the...

Grey's is lovely B and B with welcoming hosts. Our room wasn't huge but was comfortable and nicely decorated. We appreciated the little extras such as clean towels every day, good quality toiletries and bottles of water. The breakfast is highly recommended. Plenty of choice and served with a smile. The location was great. Far enough away from the town...

My boyfriend booked 2 nights at this hotel as a surprise for my birthday. From the moment we arrived Jamie couldn't have been more helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and the little touches such as bath robes and refreshments (topped up daily) made it extra special. The shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast was served in a...

Our first impression of this little hotel was the sign, elegant just like the interior. We were greeted by Terry who gave us a map and pointed out places of interest and recommended restaurants for lunch and dinner. Our room was at the back of the property, was a good size with a shower room and toilet en-suite. It was...

Thank you for making our stay comfortable. Terry was extrememly welcoming and accomodating, and helped us find somewhere local to park and eat. We stayed in the twin room downstairs which was nicely decorated and equipped. The bathroom was on the small side, but clean and modern. The breakfast room was lovely and the food was well presented. Thanks again...

We stayed at Grey's for Valentine's day. I booked the suite on the top floor, it's truly beautiful, fantastic huge king size bed, comfortable even for a 6 ft 8 in person. Although located in a side street sea view is amazing! Service had this unique personal touch and was just excellent. We missed breakfast on the first of two...

We arrived after a short taxi from the station. Jamie was there to greet us, show us to our room, provide us with a map of the area and made suggestions as where to eat, where the parade started, where the street partty etc was. The room was lovely - really comfy beds, hot shower - flat screen tv with...
