Positives: really good breakfast, friendly hosts, location, beautiful decor, cleanliness Negatives: very bright (blinds looked beautiful but as soon as the sun came up it was impossible to sleep thru), noisy (appreciate Brighton just IS noisy but really needs double glazing), more powerful shower would have been appreciated too.

Right from the moment we arrived the staff were very warm, friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely, the breakfast delicious, ample and with lots of choice and the information and suggestions from the hotel manager about local bars and eateries was top notch.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my 79 year old mother and my 20 year old daughter and it exceeded all expectations. My daughter and I stayed in the superior room which was amazing, far better than a lot of high class hotels, with a great shower, proper coffee machine, biscuits, and mineral water and kit kats in the...

We stayed here for a midwinter break for the second time. We upgraded to a superior room and were NOT disappointed. It was lovely to see Terry again, who remembered us. Not only that as we had just gotten married, he went out of his way to ensure our stay was perfect. The breakfast was superb for veggies, with a...

We cant fault this hotel. From the moment we stepped in we were welcomed warmly and efficiently. We were offered advice about parking, restaurants and things to do and nothing seemed to much trouble to the boys. The room was lovely with lots of little thoughtful touches, and the breakfast exceptional. Our visit to Brighton was very brief, but should...
