My partner and I are keen travellers around the UK and have stayed in a number of hotels and B&B’s but this is by far one of, if not, the best. Upon our arrival we had a whistle-stop map tour of Brighton, by one of the owners of the B&B. He was incredibly welcoming and gave us an excellent insight...

This is a lovely B & B. We stayed in room 8, which is stylish and comfortable. The location is perfect for the centre and the breakfast was very enjoyable. The hosts are friendly and we thank them for a very nice stay

This is the first time I've ever awarded 5 stars to accommodation. Our hosts couldn't have done more to make our stay even more wonderful than it already was. The b&b was clean and stylish, breakfast was great and the attention to detail that we experienced was second to none. I couldn't think of a single way it could be...

Arrived at the The Griffin on 17th Oct 2012 around 2pm for a two night stay. On first impressions oh my just lovely.. home from home, our room was number 6 with a double bed, large walk in shower with fab l.e.d. lights that were in the shower head itself, a little loo,TV and CD player. I can't really add much more to the reviews already posted as they are all similar to what I would say myself but I did want to give credit where credit is due. This place is an excellent find in the amount of guest houses and B&Bs Brighton has to offer. The rooms are gorgeous and tastefully decorated, it's like...

The welcome was great, even though we arrived earlier than we said we would. Couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The room was clean, well kitted out and beautifully presented. The Cadburys Flake with the towels and soaps was a lovely touch. The tour of the facilities was excellent and we were encouraged to make ourselves at home. The...

I stayed here for my 10th Wedding Anniversary and would not hesitate to book again. Being a Brightonian myself I did not need the map but nice offer! Fab room, had the top one with the spa bath. Haven't eaten a flake for years so nice welcome gesture. Breakfast was to die for and would have sampled more on offer...

Just back from another stay at the Griffin. We've now stayed 4 or 5 times over the past few years, and it feels like coming home! Lovely stylish rooms, great innovative breakfasts, and little touches that really make a difference - the conservatory with 24 hour tea/coffee/biscuits, the wine chiller, the Flake bar, and friendly, laid back service from Kieran...

Love everything about The Griffin. We were given a super warm welcome even though we arrived at 10pm. The guys that run the place are lovely. Room was perfect, fluffy white towels, clean comfy bed, brill shower, tea/coffee and quality biscuits galore. Breakfast was delish couldn't fault it. Some folk have rated the place badly because of the noise, I...

Stayed here for five nights in a twin room with my daughter during the LibDem party conference. Very high standard of accommodation, the room was a good size, the beds comfortable, the bathroom clean and the shower temperature constant. Having a small guest coffee area, well stocked with biscuits and fruit was a godsend for those of us rushing around...
