Chose to stay in Brighton with my family for the night. We booked the Innkeepers Lodge as it was reasonably priced and catered for two adults and two children. It was excellent..... First impressions were great, good parking, great staff at reception. The room was large, massive bed and a good sofa bed for the kids. It was quiet, well...

Given what I was paying for this room, and one or two pretty unkind comments made on booking web-sites, I walked through the door with an open mind. I was greeted warmly, despite the clearly very busy evening at the restaurant, and my check-in was dealt with quickly. The room was cosy, but scrupulously clean, a decent bed, very effective...

We have stayed at the hotel/Pub before when it was a Harvester. It was OK, although Harvester Fayre wasn't our favourite. The accommodation has had a makeover and is now a Miller & Butler steak house. The restaurant and bar area is much improved and it looks welcoming. The Pro's. The evening meal was enjoyed by all four in our...

Stayed at a hotel whilst me and my partners house had some building work done! Firstly we were given a twin room, even though we'd requested a double, so we had to move to start with. The room itself you couldn't swing a cat in and felt terribly claustrophobic. I wanted to have a slight lay in (till 8am) and...

We had stayed at the Innkeeper's Lodge on a number of occasions in the past, always enjoying a good room and a great breakfast. However, we recently stayed again but this time we were blown away with the refurbished hotel. Our room was superb, exceptionally clean with the most comfortable of beds. The quality extended to the bar area and...

We have visited this hotel many times and were delighted to see how thoroughly it has been refurbished recently. The restaurant is very well appointed, our room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and made to feel as if we mattered by staff who were interested in our visit.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Just a few miles from the seafront, in the Sussex jewel of Patcham, this newly refurbished lodge provides value for money accommodation for business or leisure trips in Brighton. It also now offers a Miller & Carter restaurant serving only the finest, most flavoursome steaks. Popular Brighton needs little introduction. One of the most vibrant, diverse cities in England, it's home to a bustling seafront, bars and clubs aplenty, a sealife centre, the iconic Pavilion and the charming boutiques and antique shops of The Lanes. There's plenty to see in Patcham too, with windmills, a 12th century church and a conservation area full of pretty listed-buildings. Nearby Hove and Lewes are also well worth exploring. ... more   less
