Spent 2 nights here in June and in addition to the lovely room, complimentary chocolates, brilliant breakfast and superb location - you also have 2 wonderful hosts who will give you all the help you need to enjoy yourself or find a great meal at one of the local restaurants. Next time we're in Brighton we'll definitely be staying here,...

Stayed 3 nights as a couple June 2012 A very clean and comfortable B&B in great central location. The hosts are well organized and keen. The hosts, the efficient Ramola and the happy Irish humorist Mary were very welcoming and helpful. The location was right in the centre of Brighton, though the access and parking was a small challenge due...

Stayed for a weekend in June. Perfect location and perfect hosts. The welcome was warm and we immediately felt at home. Great to be able to come and go with everything simply a stone's throw away. I have never been convinced that B and B's make for the most comfortable of experiences - Romola and Mary have changed my mind....

Perfect location for exploring central Brighton - beach, pier, theatres, The Lanes, Kemptown, Royal Pavilion, all within easy walking distance; lots of good restaurants and bars close by. My room and bed were as clean and comfortable as any hotel I have ever stayed in ; the cooked breakfast was superb, with much sourcing of local ingredients. Already looking forward...

Booked an impulsive break in Brighton and One Broad Street was the second B&B I found online - we loved the look of the website and the central location was perfect for us. It was a lovely surprise to find the room we had booked looked exactly as it did on the website - immaculately clean and fresh with a...

Ramola and Helen are great hosts...we were made to feel very welcome indeed...they even managed to find us a parking spot right outside in this narrow street and provided us with a parking permit to secure it. Our room with a sea view was large, clean and bright with a big comfortable bed...the ensuite bathroom was smallish but attractive. Ramola...

My husband and I spent a few days staying at One Broad Street, it was everything we could have asked for in a B&B! It was lovely and the owners, Ramola and Mary. were incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The road is quite noisy BUT we didn't have any problem sleeping, we didn't even have to use the ear plugs...

The first time we stayed at One Broad Street in Brighton, it was great. The second time we stayed there, it was great, but we knew the hosts better so that made it more enjoyable. It was useful chatting with them too, because we got ideas for things to do and restaurants to try in Brighton. It's an intelligently-run place...

Just returned from a one week business trip in Brighton. One broad street is excellently run by Mary and Ramola. From when you arrive you will be greated with a welcome smile and shown to your rooms. The rooms are spotless, airy and bright. The breakfasts are home cooked to your individual preference and there is enough to carry you...
