We stayed for one night and loved this hotel and would definitely stay again. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and even arranged to send us something we'd forgotten in the room. Breakfast was freshly made and very tasty. The location is really handy for the pier, the lanes and the rest of the town centre. All round this...

From the cheery helpful welcome we knew it was going to be fine. This is a well located nicely appointed hotel, with friendly helpful staff. The room was of good quality as was the food at breakfast (full English & eggs royal were excellent). The hotel was nicely located near some very good restaurants and close to the Lanes, Brighton...

Stayed for two nights with my husband for our second wedding anniversary. This hotel is a great find! The hotel is smart and stylist, beautifully decorated with light and modem design. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Going the extra mile for the personal touch. They left us a card in room to congratulate us and gave us a...

The hotel is clean, the staff are pleasant and our sea view luxury room was very spacious with all the mod cons..a great size bath, very good quality TV etc. Our bed was super comfy with high quality bedding . Our only criticism will be the disappointing breakfast experience. Unfortunately our cooked breakfast was not to our standards we would...

The balcony was accessed by climbing out of the window and trying to open this window was a nightmare, also we didn't get in until late so I was hoping for no noise but as I lay in bed I could hear conversations ( not clearly) from other rooms which...

The two reception staff we met at this hotel were charming and the breakfast was excellent. The room was also good. However we arrived at 7.45pm and the parking around the area was just non-existent. We drove around for 40 minutes up and down every street before getting parked in an NCP near the theatre which costs us £30 for...

The Charm Hotel was easy to find and we were able to park our car nearby. On our arrival the staff at The Charm were friendly and made us feel welcome. They had our room ready even though we had arrived early, a luxury double bedroom with sea view, it was immaculate, modern and nicely furnished. The Breakfast room had...

I was really happy with The Charm. The location was great for looking around Brighton. The staff were nice and welcoming. The breakfast was great. The room was big, bright and clean. Very comfortable bed. Parking on the street was no real problem and everything we wanted to do was a short walk from the hotel. Although the Hotel doesn't...
