Stayed for two nights with my wife and daughter over a weekend. Wonderful host. Would love to return as the location is great. The room / whole place was immaculate and to a very high standard. Great to find somewhere where you don't need to check things are vegan at every turn.

We spent three nights at the Bay Tree House in mid September as it was vegan and it was in a convenient area to travel. Trevor and Penny are wonderful hosts. Trevor took care to make sure we had everything we wanted and told us about the history of the area which we appreciated greatly. The room was fabulous. Large,... More

Came away for an overnight stay with the dogs. The fact that the hotel was run by a vegan couple was even better as at least we knew we wouldn't have to explain in advance the need for vegan choices at breakfast! We stayed in Room 3 downstairs which had easy access out to the extensive rear garden - perfect... More

Penny and Trevor in particular were brilliant hosts. The building itself is lovely and our room (room 3) was really nicely furnished with a really comfy bed. Two lovely friendly dogs as well. Loads of choice for breakfast with every type of cereal and tea you could imagine. To make it even better, they could offer a vegan fried breakfast.... More

It's gorgeous, spotless, great in-room snacks, wonderful breakfasts, and friendly informative hosts. If you're not vegan you will be impressed with everything about this B&B; if you are, you will be thrilled. Thanks Trevor & Penny!

Having never stayed at an English B&B before Bay Tree House really set the standard high. We accidentally booked the wrong date and turned up out of the blue, but Penny and Trevor were lovely hosts and very accommodating. The room was beautiful, spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and we were offered maps of... More
