We were greeted by the friendly owner, Tracy, who explained the breakfast chalk board, the WiFi info & parking options whilst showing us to an exceptionally well equipped room. The usual towels, kettle & hairdryer were all in place, but Tracy had gone one step further by providing an iPhone docking station to play your own music, a comprehensive list...

My boyfriend and I are just back from our second stay at the Old Town Guesthouse. Such a lovely little B&B. Tracey is very friendly and welcoming. Our room clean and fresh, with a lovely en suite, perfect for our needs. The breakfast is freshly cooked and very tasty. I would highly recommend this guesthouse which is perfectly situated in...

Well situated although a little hard to find. We did have an email with directions which if I had read correctly we would have found the guesthouse much easier instead of relying on the GPS. Parking at a premium so try to get there earlier to ensure parking spot. Lots of stairs but the owner is very helpful in getting...

Stairs to room at top of the house quite demanding, but view over front and sea was worth it, especially the sunrise. Breakfast was individually prepared and of very high quality. Tracy was very helpful and charming. So easy to use as base to explore historic Hastings.

Third time we have stayed here and it is now our B and B of choice. Come to Hastings regularly and this can't be beaten for value and location. Hosts are friendly and welcoming and rooms are great. Can't think of any negatives.

The Old Town Guesthouse is a great place to stay, central to great pubs, restaurants and live music. Tracey was brilliant from booking to checkout, couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating, the breakfast choice was really good and everything we ordered was delicious! Our room had a lovely seaview, comfy bed, lots of soft furnishings and very nice ensuite...

Before we arrived we'd been emailed by the host with details on parking and other useful bits and pieces, on arrival itself we were welcomed (and I do mean welcomed :) ) by her and shown our room, given an informative yet quick summing up of facilities and then left to settle into our room. The room itself was clean,...

My girlfriend and I visited Hastings for a weekend break. As part of our visit we were meeting friends for a brewery tour, pub crawl and crazy golf on the Saturday. The Sunday and Monday were ours to do what ever we chose. The Old Town Guesthouse looked to be an ideal choice due to the excellent location, reasonable rates...
