Was treated to a nights stay here on 26-03-2017 in the manhattan suite with my girlfriend by my girlfriend, right from the start it was great with a complimentary prosecco upon arrival at reception, and upon entering the room there was champagne chilled and waiting the room and views out to sea were amazing, loved the coffee table which was a fish tank...

My husband and I stayed in the honeymoon suite called South America, the room was perfect in every way! Lovely views looking out to the sea, newly refurbished bathroom area which was stunning! What really stood out to us was the friendliness of the staff, nothing was to much trouble. The only negative I would say was the restaurant, when...

My fiancé and I stayed in this hotel last year. When we arrived; it was very difficult to find the place as the sign was small and unclear. There was scaffolding next to the building, (not their fault) but it made it difficult to spot whilst in the car on a busy main road. When we did eventually find the...

Stayed here for one night in the Penthouse Manhattan Room, which as another reviewer states, quite a climb but worthwhile for the view when you get there. Very clean and well equipped with some quirky items, such as the juke box and an aquarium table !! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and also very skilfully delivered our full...

We stayed for two nights in the large Manhattan Suite at the top of the hotel. It's a long way up the stairs (so not ideal if lots of luggage!) but great once up there. It's a large space with lounge and kitchen and then the bedroom with in-room bath and then separate shower / toilet room. There are nice...

I had heard a lot of nice things about the Zanzibar so my expectations were high. I wasn't disappointed. As always, it's the staff that count. I've stayed in some of the best hotels in the world and not felt as welcome as I did here. My room was delightful and full of little touches that showed someone who knew...

The restaurant was closed for most of our stay, which was disappointing and inconvenient. Our room was up several flights of stairs and was very hot, with a view which could not be classed as attractive at all. We felt the rating as a luxury hotel was ambitious at least and the price far too high for what it was.

We spent 1 night in the Japan Room, it has fantastic interieur, and the services were superb. Breakfast was big and good quality. 1 napot töltöttünk a Japán Szobában, nagyon klassz a berendezés és a szolgáltatások is kiválóak. A reggeli bőséges és nagyon jó minőségű.

We stayed yesterday (24th February 2017) in the Morocco room and it was beautiful. Staff friendly, room stunning and breakfast 10/10. The Hotel is near the pier and we walked along the seafront to the Old Town in Hastings for a meal, drinks and seeing friends. Had a nice night away and will be returning in the future.

We stayed in India - lovely room, with a big bath. Amazing breakfast with loads of options. Nice staff who were very accommodating. Quiet room on the top floor but not a great view just of apartments opposite.
