We stayed at the begining of October, unfortunatly didn't get a seaview room, but the room we got was roomy, comfy and quiet only downside was it was at the top so a fair few stairs. The staff were welcoming and friendly offering to help with luggage and any local knowledge needed. Breakfasts were huge and very tasty and the...

I stayed on Saturday/Sunday 19th/20th September so I could relax and enjoy the seafood festival and not have to drive home. I could not have wished for anything more. Jo and Dale are very friendly and most accommodating and were a delight to meet. I had a fabulous seaview and could not wait to get back to my room after...

We stayed for four nights and had the top sea-view room (No. 2). We were especially taken with the magnificent panorama, made even better by the pier on our left. Not being used to distant vistas we could not take our eyes off it. The bed amazed us too - it was large enough for 4! Breakfast was a real...

This Bed & Breakfast fully deserves all positive reviews, we're happy to have spent four days here at the sea front, the location is excellent, the breakfast is usually entertained by Dale himself while you wait for Jo's first class courses and the building is as quiet as you can desire, perfect for unwinding from big cities. The service is...

My partner and i stayed in what we would be later told was the smallest room in the b&b and we didn't even notice.. the room was large, a very very decent sized bed and great services in the room. It was a ten minute walk at very slow speeds to any of the main attractions. The owners of this...

First of all, thank you very much for making our trip to Hastings one of the highlights of the whole time we spent in England this year! Your place is certainly among the most comfortable guest houses we've ever visited. Rooms are clean and fortunately we were lucky enough to have one with spectacular sea view too. Breakfast offers a...

We stayed at the Seaspray for a long weekend and can safely say it is the best B&B we have stayed at. Dale and Jo are brilliant hosts and provide a real home from home. The breakfast was fantastic (especially as one of us has food allergies, and they went out of their way to make sure that this was...

We booked the Seaspray due to previous reviews we had read. Our stay was for three nights as a pre Honeymoon, Jo was amazing organizing for Flowers, Choc's and Champagne to be set up in our room. She also gave us two decorated Flutes and beer glasses to keep as a momento (not gauranteed for all customers haha). Sadly my...

An immediately friendly, relaxed and informative welcome leaves no doubt as to the quality of this excellent B&B. Service and facilities are perfectly geared for the guest regardless of age or type. Dale and Jo constantly impress with their blend of good humour and efficiency. Highly recommended.

Staying at Seaspray made a great holiday even better. Great hosts, top notch food and a fabulous room. The room even had a fridge, ceiling fan and an extra large bed. Was the best guest house we've been in for many, many years and if visiting the area again we would stay at Seaspray without a doubt.
