We stayed at The Avondale for one night on our way between the coast and thr Cotswolds. The hosts were very welcoming and served a delicious breakfast! We appreciated that it began at 7:45. Our room had a comfortable double bed and a single for our son.The Avondale is in a great location. It is just a block from the...

Stayed here for one night whilst walking the south downs - so glad they had space available for me. Great location in seaford, genuinely happy and amenable staff. Room was plain yet just what I was after. Plenty of coffee available in the room (which was exactly what i needed after a long days walk). Bed was comfy and had...

We booked here for one night. Very welcoming and hospitable. Parking was only in the road which isn't ideal but we found a space fairly easily. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good and overall represented good value for money.

We were visiting Seaford to visit family and due to illness, had to stay overnight. We search via the Internet and discovered the delightful establishment. It is situated mid-town and we found the proprietors to be warm friendly and very accommodating. Our room, no 3, was spotless well furnished and the bed was extremely comfortable. The cooked breakfast delicious and...

My first worry was parking as there is limited parking on the road outside with double yellow lines all over the place. The room was clean & bed comfortable, but the toilet was some distance away. If the weather was hot at night, if you opened the window the traffic noise was very irritating. The cooked breakfast was great, although...

Stayed for a couple of nights with my good lady. "Just" a B+B but wow! Ace beds, and the breakfast, well, didn't think places like this existed any more, mega choice and top quality! Attention to detail everywhere, cannot recommend highly enough! Nothing too much trouble! Decaf tea and marmalade would have given u a 6, only 5 for now!

I booked a room with a shared bathroom at this B&B because I was looking for a few nights stay in Seaford, and this was a bit cheaper than the ensuite option...but now I wish I hadn't, the door handle had a screw missing, the bedroom had cobwebs above the curtain rail and the shared bathroom was very obviously mouldy,...

Booked short notice and arrived late in the evening (10pm) as I was coming from the Newhaven ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. Service was excellent. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bottled water, tea, coffee and chocolate drinks in the room, shampoos etc provided. Decor dated, but this did not detract from the quality of the service provided. Breakfast...

We were welcomed by the owners on arrival and given the key to our room which was clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee, etc. were plentiful and water was left for us each day. Breakfast was served (rather than buffet style) with the usual choices of fruit juices, cereals and hot food. Your choice of hot food was cooked to order...
