Our first visit to Broadlands and certainly won't be our last. Such a lovely place to spend a Birthday. Marco made us so welcome despite us only spending 1 night there. Perfect location and excellent breakfast. Plenty of car parking space. Really nice loung area.

We only visited this Guest house briefly due to an incorrect booking on our behalf. Marco was so helpful and allowed us to park our car at the guest house whilst we had a look around Bourton on the Water. Such a lovely accommodating man, we wished we had been able to stay longer. Thanks Marco once again for all...

Broadlands guest house is in a good location, walking distance to all attractions in Cotswold bourton on the water. The owner, Mr Marco is also very friendly and helpful. Premises also have enough parking lot in case you drive.

From the moment we arrived to the time we left we had the most wonderful time at this beautiful guest house. Centrally located but nice and quiet the welcome was second to none, the staff pleasant and courteous, the rooms clean and comfortable and the breakfast superb. Thanks everyone for a very memorable 65th

Expect a warm welcome by an exuberant Marco. Rooms are spotless and pleasantly decorated. Beds are firm, although pillows are flat, so take your own if you are concerned about your neck. En-suite with half bath. Fabulous breakfast: full English, cereals, toast with waitress service. Close to village centre, but quiet ( we did go out of season). Great base...

Excellent little hotel. The staff were very helpful and charming. The breakfast was first class and very fresh with good quality products. We had a suite with private TV lounge and tea & coffee making facilities. Just one suggestion - a couple of small side plates & a knife would be very handy. We can't be the only ones who...

Booked this B and B in a rush at the last minute, so we had no expectations (it was also extremely cheap). Imagine our surprise when we were shown into our our little 'lodge' on the courtyard, with two beds upstairs and two downstairs. Breakfast was fantastic with a great choice and friendly service. All in all this is exactly...
