This is one of the best. Everything spot on. Have stayed here before and would not hesitate to recommend. It was very quiet being Christmas Day! The staff welcomed us and had a chat at a suitable distance of course. Great location -shops on the doorstep, plus Montpellier and beautiful Pittville Park. Also it's just a 25/30 mins walk to the Racecourse. We have stayed in several Premier Inn during this very difficult time and have felt very comfortable and safe.

What can i say from the momemt we arrived to the min we left the staff were fantastic the room was spotless and the breakfeast was spot on nothing was too much trouble will definatly stay here again with out a doubt. oh and the best shower and bath you could ask for

Stayed two nights here. Great covid-security. Staff really friendly and careful about coronavirus measures. Excellent breakfast, very comfortable room, very convenient location. Discount on the NCP Brewery car park also helpful. Strongly recommended.

I'm so disappointed. Our bed was old, soft & lumpy, not the usual amazing large bed that I wish I could take home. One old soft pillow. I asked reception to change & they did. The room smelt over powering of damp & wasn't as clean as usual. I'm so disappointed, I always enjoy staying in a premier inn ☹

Whilst we're happy to hear you stayed with us, we're sorry your bed and pillows weren't up to our usual standard and there was also an odor in your room. We can imagine the overall experience left you feeling let down and this certainly isn't how we want our guest's to feel. Just so you know, we've now made a record of your comment's and have passed them to the hotel management team to see what improvement's can be made going forward. We wouldn't want standard's like these to continue so the bed will be inspected and this will also be raised with the House Keeping team to ensure any necessary retraining is arranged and the best service is being provided.
