The Abbey is probably my favourite hotel to stay at in Cheltenham. I have stayed here many times over the past 3-4 years and Sophie and Greg are exceptionally attentive and caring hosts. As a frequent traveller across the UK and Europe these are difficult times with Covid-19 In the challenging times their attention to detail and care is second to no one I have stayed with. I felt totally safe and cared for whilst staying and Sophie's breakfast continued to have the impeccable high standards I know she is renown for. I have special food requirements and Sophie is always able to accommodate me even in these difficult times. PLEASE SUPPORT THEM. They deserve to survive

Just had a two night stay in this centrally based bnb. Clean with lots of Covid precautions. Bed comfortable, room clean and shower nice and powerful, even though it did make quite a few stuttering noises. Breakfasts was good. Friendly ladies that served us in the morning. Can’t say more than this other than is was fine for what we wanted it for.

This b and b is well situated within a short walk to town centre. A very clean hotel with all the necessary Covid protocols in place. An excellent breakfast is served with just about everything on the menu.

Whilst stopping recently for two nights we found the bathroom tap was leaking and reported this matter to Greg the host , telling him we needed replacement towels as we had used ours to soak up the water which he failed to do and just ignored us and let the tap drip through out the night meaning we had no towels to wash and shower . Very ignorant man, avoid room 10 as this has probably happened before along with a loose toilet seat and grubby shower which looked like the 70’s

We are sorry about our misunderstanding of the dripping tap. Of course we would not just had left it drip and soak the whole bathroom floor had we understood the severity of the drip. Apologies for your dissapointing stay.
