Booked a last min 2nt break. £108 wasn't sure what to expect outside looks shabby and reception is just a couple of random desks. However! The room although small is more than adequate and spotlessly clean. All furnishings look new and bathroom was modern fair size built in wardrobe full size fridge and a cute feature fireplace. Very pleasantly surprised...

If it wasn't bad enough having to pay £450 for one night in what I would describe as a bedsit (they describe as an 'apartment') after the visit I was treated disgracefully. On leaving the hotel I picked up the wrong suitcase and brought it home. When I realised my error I took it upon myself to track the rightful...

Had a recent Christmas present trip to Cheltenham races completely ruined by this company and their Albion Street apartments. Upon making a booking they then contacted me after I had paid to say that I couldn't check in until 2pm. I contacted them directly stating that this wouldn't make sense as the races began at 1:30 so could they let...

I looked at the reviews on this place and was a little worried that it was going to be terrible like some people have said. My work paid for the 2 rooms for 2 nights. I am very happy to say that it was clean and well maintained. The rooms are basic but clean. The bed was comfortable and the...

We stayed with two people for a night. The room was big and had a small kitchen area in the corner. Very well equipped tea tray. The bathroom was clean and had a good shower and the bed was comfortable and big. It was located close to the city centre and near good restaurants. Very good for the price. Only...

Dirty and battered hotel. Shower not working, slight dribble of water. Hot water from the tap was scalding. Complained about the shower at checkout and staff said it was our fault for not using the shower proberly. The tiny car park was full so had to park in a public car park that cost £10 for overnight. For the number...

I needed an apartment for two nights and decided that I didn't want to spend too much; so the two night stay cost me £112. You get what you pay for but there are certain limits I feel. I'm referring to the top floor apartment at no. 18B Portland Street. Firstly to be fair, the positives. Convenient central location. Very...

This was our first stay here. The location was perfect, the accommodation was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was around the back and although first come first basis we were able to park. It is a very small car park however loads of parking close by.

I have stayed here on 3 occasions, the rooms at the back are much quieter, I once had the misfortune of staying at the front of the hotel on a Monday night, apparently this is student night in town , ! I was rudely awakened at 02.40 by a drunken bunch of students yelling at the top of their lungs...

I needed a room late at night and I found this on a website so booked in for two nights. The hotel was in need of upgrade and the stair carpets were stained and lifting in places. The room was clean as was the bedding and towels. The shower/showerroom was new and excellent. Single glazing so a bit noisy. Great...
