We were warmly welcomed on arrival and provided with excellent service throughout. The rooms were very comfortable, full of character and attractively furnished. The hotel is housed in a historic building and was easy to locate - just a few minutes walk from the town centre. We had a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely return in the future.

we found the waiter not very friendly at all, he was not very helpful when we needed glasses for water, he rushed our orders and mocked a guest when ordering her dessert as she is deaf and could not hear him properly. The food was nothing special, the soup had not been sieved and was so full of woody bits it...

Dear Sandraingram It was most disappointing to hear of your poor experience on Mothering Sunday, especially as on the day itself we received only positive guest feedback and a high level of gratuities. We don’t include a service charge like some hotels and is accordingly left to our customer’s discretion. I am sorry about the homemade asparagus soup, which had...

We booked this hotel up for a Saturday night with breakfasts. The room we had was not nice at all but put up for it because it was just for one night. The bar area was quite nice but never used it. The breakfast room was also nice and the food looked very well laid out and presented BUT when...

Dear Breedon I was very concerned and sorry to read your review following your recent stay with us. As you mention I also wish that you had raised these issues with us at the time. For speedier service we offer a hot buffet on busy breakfasts as well as the normal breakfast menu. Your experience is certainly not a true...

Comfortable. Room quite small but OK. Decent bed. The bathroom has enough surfaces for your toiletries bag. For the price, not at all bad. Restaurant food is good, well worth eating there. Less than five minute walk to town centre but far enough away not to be noisy. Plenty of parking. Couldn't ask for much more.

Good location for visiting the Cotswolds. based in the heart of the lovely town of Cirencester with parking. Friendly staff. Clean, reasonable size room. We could not get the radiator to work when we arrived but someone came up swiftly to sort it out . Could have done with a King Size bed but they only have double beds.

Dear Teddy454 Thank you very much for your review. I do apologise about the issue with the radiator, although pleased that it was quickly resolved. Although the majority of our rooms have standard double beds, we do also offer a king size bed in one of our four-poster rooms. I hope that we can welcome you back to the Corinium...
