Stayed here for a wedding/sight seeing trip to the Cotswold Region. The staff went over the top and clumsily have been more courteous and friendly. The rooms might be small but it was like sleeping in Darlington Hall from Remains of the Day. And English gravel garden where they let me have my breakfast was to die for! The town... More

Summary We booked a celebratory meal in the hotel's restaurant however after 45 minutes of awful service, with the absence of even the pre-dinner drinks, complained to the General Manager and took our custom elsewhere. The details We have stayed at, and eaten in the restaurant at, this hotel on several occasions. On our previous visit we learnt that their... More

Excellent service from friendly welcoming staff. We loved the attention to detail, the provision of extras from the fresh milk for morning tea, the ample quantities of top quality toiletries and the fact that everything worked. Super comfortable bed and choice of lounge areas to relax. Beautiful Mulberry Restaurant with fine dining menu was lovely, maybe some dishes were unnecessarily... More

Our sixth visit to the hotel. Excellent location for visiting Cotswolds attractions. Nicely furnished and comfortable room. Extremely good service in the Mulberry restaurant and in the bar and brasserie, along with very good food in both. Represents good value for money in this fairly expensive area. Shame that a problem with a chimney prevented the open fires being lit.

We stayed for three nights last weekend. Small but comfortable room and lovely bathroom. The bedroom windows did not shut properly, letting in cold and noise, but a strong man came and shut them using a screwdriver! You need to check the windows as they are old and a little warped. Once they were shut, we had three warm and... More

We went for lunch with my sister-in-law to celebrate her birthday and all was well provided. We chose the fixed price menu and had three courses. The chicken parfait was well served as were the grilled sardines and all were well pleased with main courses of black pudding sausages and plaice in the bone . The sweets of cheesecake and... More

Having recently spent a couple of days in the Cotswolds my daughter and I stayed the night ( 25th October 2016) at The Manor House hotel in Morton-In -Marsh. Everything about this hotel for us was first class , we have became hotel critics I'm afraid but we can find no fault here. On arriving the friendliness of the reception... More
