Tried to book a room on a voucher, the person that answered the phone was rude, complained about the number of calls they are receiving from people with vouchers. Excuse me for wanting to book a room - certainly won't bother again.

From the outside very charming and the inside very historic, but disappointed with our room. Small and not much room to move around. We were moved here from another B&B after they had over booked, but at £130 this is massively over-priced.
Painswick is a lovely Cotswold Village and I loved the look of Cardynham House but was so disappointed with our Room . We stayed in the Highland Room at the very top of the B&B . I would not recommend it as the Ensuite is...More
