To be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect having read some of the previous reviews on Trip Advisor. However we really enjoyed our one night stay. We arrived during the lunch service and the place was pretty full for a Thursday lunchtime. We stayed in Room 6 - a delightful room at the front with views of the church...

Just held a private lunch party at The Falcon Inn in their beautiful Shires Suite. Neil and the team are fantastic to deal with and ensured my husband's surprise 60th Birthday Lunch Party was a huge success. The service, food, drinks and ambience were all first class. Highly recommend this beautiful venue to others.

We stayed one night recently with our dog and enjoyed a lovely weekend away from it all! The village is beautiful and view we had from our room of the church and yew trees was stunning. You can enjoy walks around all the winding roads and everything is just so peaceful. We found the food here lovely also. Parking is...

Have stayed their before, it was very busy and lively for a Tuesay night. Excellent food, friendly staff and good accommodation, spotlessly clean, in a pub which has been tastefully modernised over the the last few years.Ideal as base for walkers particularly the Slad Valley and convenient for Cheltenham etc.

Pop in with my partner on the off chance of a table and despite them being busy they found us a table. Ordered the Sunday lunch lunch option from the menu. Good was delicious and the waiting staff courteous and efficient. Really enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere in the place. Will definitely visit again.

Had a fairly mediocre Sunday lunch here a couple of weeks ago. The waiting staff asked us what we would like almost as soon as we sat down, and we had to send them away several times. When we were ready to order however, it took quite a while to get their attention. Although the portions were generous, the gravy...

Only place to eat in village at the time. Friendly staff but we were given disgusted looks when we brought the dog in from who we can only presume were the locals, despite being dog friendly in the bar area. Food took a while to arrive as busy and not impressed. If it wasn't for the dessert it would have...
