The surroundings are just perfect, the staff are professional and friendly, the menu is extensive and it is excellent value for money. As other reviewers have stated the food just cannot be faulted, I had a different main course and desserts on...

Ate here last night March 10th, and was pleasantly suprised, the food was excellent, i had the Lemon Sole, it was cooked to perfection, my friends all had different meals, and they all really enjoyed them. The staff were really attentive, the atmosphere in the restaurant was really very nice. Very good wine list. We will all be returning.

We have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. English hospitality at its best. The service is second to none. The hotel is in an ideal location for touring the Cotswolds. We're already planning our next visit.

This is the 4th or 5th time I've stayed at Stow Lodge and yet again everything was first class. The staff make the place. Such a warm welcome! It's no wonder there are so many regular guests. My husband booked this hotel for Valentine's weekend - the hotel is a lovely old building, with a roaring log fire in the bar and helpful, pleasant staff, it was also great that there was a free car park, which is a real asset in the area. Our room was in the stable block which wasn't a problem as the...

It is faultless in every way, excellent food, every member of staff is so friendly and helpful and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Have already booked for another visit later this year, congratulations to Chris and his wonderful team.

We stayed for 2 nights. The position of this hotel is brilliant with the garden backing onto the main square. The reception and dining rooms are really traditional but well kept, not shabby- log fire is nice in the lounge. We had the four poster room which had a nice view over the churchyard, and a good modern bathroom. All...
