My wife & I visited this area during the Easter holidays, we called in on the of chance for lunch. We were seated quickly & ordered drinks. Both my wife & I decided on the fish & chips from the menu, after waiting sometime, I enquired how much longer our food would be. Eventually, when it arrived, my wife complained...

Spent a few nights at the Knights Arms hotel in Stow-on-the-Wold in early April 2017. If you're looking for a luxury hotel it's not your place, but if you want a well equipped historic room with Cotswold brick work, comfortable accommodations, and situated in the center of a historic town, this is a great option. The room we stayed in...

Just driving into the centre of Stow on the Wold is enough to take you back hundreds of years. In fact the oldest inn here dates back to 947 AD, over a thousand years ago. We stayed a couple of nights at the Kings Arms. Stay in the superior room if you can, in the small cottage at the back,...

We stayed here for two nights in December during the festive season, while doing some local shopping. We stayed in one of the rooms on the top floor overlooking the main street; the room was cosy, fresh and very clean.

Quite a sweet arrangement - a downstairs sitting area with TV and shower room and loo off, with the bedroom up a...

Stayed Sunday 11 December, while visiting family in the area. Booking the accommodation was made easier by talking to Sofia on reception, so on our arrival there was Sofie who explained everything we needed to know. While our room was on the second floor we found the last flight of stairs somewhat trying, to say they were steep is an...

Spent a Saturday night here for our annual Stow visit with mum and sisters. First time at this hotel as our usual venue now only allows stays of two nights at weekends. However, we were actually very pleased to have made the change - we had a fabulous stay - really lovely rooms, very pleasant staff, lovely dinner in the...
