Valerie is a charming hostess who makes you feel at home straight away. She is caring and very helpful. Her home is very well situated at the bottom of the hill and virtually on the Costwold way. The whole house, surrounded by a lovely garden is full of pictures and memories. The room is perfectly clean and comfortable. Very pleasant stay, which we found at the last minute thanks to a late cancellation 😁

Location, location, location! We had a restful stay at Potslip after spending the day exhausting ourselves. Valerie is an exceptional woman and we admired her energy and attention to detail and service. One downside: we had to eventually leave.

Can't say enough positive things about our stay here. The area is beautiful and exploring the town of Wincombe is also great fun. We enjoyed walking the footpath. The B&B is right along the footpath so centrally located. The place is well kept, tidy, and beautiful. The views are amazing. Breakfast was delicious and chatting with Valerie was perhaps the best part. She kept our room well stocked with tea as well which we appreciated. We would definitely stay again and hope to return soon.

We stayed with Dawn and Richard at Postlip Farm and had a wonderful visit. We were in the area for a birthday party and Dawn could not have been kinder in letting me use her fridge and freezer and, on the morning of the party, her kitchen to prepare some party food. The house is delightful with wonderful views down to Winchcombe in the distance. Our breakfasts were delicious and served in a large dining room. The Albutt's were so welcoming and made us feel as though we were friends, not guests, and altogether we feel that they richly deserve a 5 star rating! Thank you both for all your help. Catherine

We only stayed for 2 nights on a weekend break (far too short) and we have never had such a beautiful view from our bedroom. The breakfast was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay in this stunning part of the country.
