Great team. Great rooms. Sky Sports in the Hungry Horse bar and great for food too. Pool table isn't bad either. Cash machine on site and a few fruit machines if you fancy a flutter. Good CCTV monitored carpark. All in all a very good stay

Went here on. The 3rd of February got two nights with my partner and my two children. £170 for two nights wasn't bad with breakfast included although we was put on bottom floor next to reception and could hear guests quite late at night which did disturb us. Bedrooms were clean and beds were comfy but not very thick duvets...

Called for evening meal. Huge pub (almost empty so no atmosphere) with disinterested staff. Scruffy interior, tables uncleared & sticky and menus tatty & dog-eared. Despite lack of customers, kept waiting at bar to order food and drinks and then poured glass of white wine instead of red!! Food very average, didn't bother with dessert. Gents toilets closed with plastic...

First off let's say that the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was fine - nothing special, just ping meals, but fine. We sat in the adult section of the pub and food was delivered quickly. My colleague went to the WC and came back to say that there was a lot of water on the floor. I decided...

Part of a group of 3 couples staying overnight on Saturday. Rooms cost £50 a couple and were comfortable and clean if a little dated but good value for money. Our room was extremely hot but heater in room could be altered. Shower would have been very good however, temperature control was not working and water was scolding hot which...

I found the rooms to be clean and tidy, although could do with a little maintenance. The staff where helpful and friendly. The room I had was at the back away from everything so it was nice and peaceful and I got a great nights sleep. I had a cooked breakfast in the morning which I found to be just...

This place is obviously very popular. We went here for a big meal and the place was busy. The staff and the food along with the service I can't fault. The only thing that knocks this down for me is the toilets. I know the restaurant can't help it if people don't know how to use the toilets properly. However...

Stayed weekend before Christmas and unfortunately had a room next to an event room, this loud party went on until about 1am which made sleep difficult. Apart from this, the rom was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I think the bathrooms could use some work and the carpet could do with changing but , the bed and...

Visited for 2 nights, room lovely and clean. Staff exceptionally helpful, pleasant and polite, nothing too much trouble. Night Porter, Wayne, very pleasant man, also couldn't do enough. Highly recommend for anyone to visit. This was our second visit - now looking forward to a third.

Had a lovely family occasion meal in the function room at innlodge. There were at least 20 of us probably more and the food was fantastic including steaks cooked perfectly. Very good portion sizes, nice surroundings, timings excellent, staff did a very good job. Praise very well deserved!
