We booked this hotel for one night, just before a cruise. It's an older building, with no elevator. Staff can carry bags. Our room was bright, clean, and large. We were directly across from the Isle of Wight ferry. We had very nice L'Occataine toiletries, which was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. A surprising find.

My wife and I stayed for one night before setting off on a cruise. It has a very convenient location for the cruise terminals. Ennios Boutique Hotel is a converted warehouse overlooking the Port of Southampton. It has a small number of bedrooms, and features an Italian Restaurant. Our bedroom was clean, well appointed, and comfortable - the warehouse origins...

From arrival onwards, this really was a lovely experience. A lovely warm welcome, shown through to our gorgeous room (the lovely superior double with green décor). Bathroom was first class and super clean. The bed was so comfortable. I normally don't sleep a wink the first night or two in a hotel but I slept like a log here (I...

I stayed here for one night during this week. It was booked last minute on a hotel booking website. It came up as one of the cheapest but it was far from cheap once inside. I stayed in a superior double room , it was spacious and had all the finishing touches. The decor was of a high spec and...

A group of friends stayed here before going to the Isle of Wight as the hotel is right opposite the ferry terminal. We had a comfortable room in what is a converted warehouse, (very tastefully done) the staff were helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We ate at the in house restaurant which was...

Stayed here for a couple of nights just to get away without having to go out of town. Close to all the major shops and places to eat in Southampton city centre. There is the option to dine in the hotel itself as there is a restaurant downstairs which looked busy on the Thursday and Friday night that we stayed....

Arrived mid-afternoon, had booked a cark parking space which was available, greeted by friendly bar staff, shown to a nice room with rear view to the old town walls. Bed really comfortable, air-conditioned room quite spacious for a night stop, shower room adequate if small. Went out for evening meal but on return no parking place but obliging owner moved...

Our 2nd visit to Ennios, again prior to a cruise. We really like this little boutique hotel for its great location and friendly staff, plus our super room, an Executive Superior which was spacious, well furnished, with a comfy bed and a good modern bathroom with lovely L'Occitane toiletries, tho the bathroom has a shower cubicle only. A cosy bar...

We were two couples who stayed at the Ennios overnight and ate dinner and breakfast there. The hotel service: check-in, check-out, luggage assistance was terrible. They did not know what they were doing. We pre-paid and they didn't know it. The dinner food was excellent but there weren't enough waiters and the ones we had did not know what they...

I had booked a one night stop over in Southampton, and opted for Ennios, as all reviews and images, coupled with its 5* rating made it a very attractive choice. I arrived at 3pm, and was greeted and shown to my room by a very friendly and helpful receptionist / barmaid. The room itself was very nice indeed (except the...
