Another delayed review, but wanted to make sure TA readers were aware of what i experienced. Hotel was fairly new, very nice accommodations for the pre-cruise night. What is important is that we took two cruises out of Southampton on our European trip of last Fall. So we booked the first over-night at the Premier Inn with a very good...

The Hotel was spotless, very modern and I will be honest, I had the double and it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. My friend had the single, was good but not a touch on mine. Had to park in a near by car park but that was the only downside.

Beautiful rooms, good quality food and the staff work extremely hard. Had a lovely 3 days. An incident happened and we was unable to get food the last night of our stay, however staff organised cab for all the customers to get to the nearby premier inn, in order for us to all eat. On arrival at the west quay...

We've stayed here a number of times before heading off on a cruise.Very convenient location with friendly staff and a great breakfast. Despite all the building work going on the rooms are quiet and always very clean and comfy. My only complaint is they have recently stopped happy hour in the bar :( I may have to consider switching my...

The Premier Inn Southampton West Quay is a large modern hotel situated minutes from the City Centre and is also handily placed for cruise passengers awaiting to join ships. The hotel does not have a traditional check in - merely an access point for self check in or a single help desk. Checking in was effortless although during busy periods...

Clean modern hotel right next to shopping area and parking (which was a reasonable price for 24 hours(£5 in our case). Also very handy for an overnight stay before joining cruise ship or meeting up with others before you start your holiday.

We enjoyed 2 nights at the hotel. Staff are always delightful and feel like almost family. Loved the room, we did not sleep particularly well, but I am not a good sleeper and would have liked a 3rd pillow. Too shy to ask for another. Room was quiet even though major building works opposite.. Breakfast great, evening meal lovely choice...

One night stay in twin room for £35. Room was simple, clean, comfortable. Bathroom was spotless, water hot. The hotel is walking distance from the main rail station and bus links and very close to the West Quay shopping centre. There is a Co-op store just underneath (open until 11pm every night including Sunday) where we bought supplies for the...
