Spent two nights in a deal of £99.00 for two including breakfast. Great value. Nice hotel. Clean modern comfortable bedrooms. Good reception/lounge area. Restaurant could be used for a la carte or bar menu. Bar menu was good value and recommended. A la carte was a bit pretentious and overpriced. Hotel staff were friendly, polite and professional.

This hotel description was 'A unique hotel based on the tree top buildings in Africa' however it is actually a lot of very tired buildings in need of updating. We upgraded to a superior room but was very disappointed and it actually reminded me of a 70's motel room. The outside fire escape was unusable due to the amount of...

We have stayed at this family run hotel about 10 times now. All aspects of the hotel have been consistantly good. The customer service is excellent. Staff training is obviously a high priority. The restaurant is bright but cosy and the food is high quality. The added touch of "amouse bouche" and pre dessert are a real treat. Cleanliness is...

I have been going here for years. Ive not been in a while so gave it another go last night with some friends. We paid £5 each to go swimming. The Jacuzzi has far too much chlorine in it and its the original hot tub that they have had well over 15 years. The sauna was freezing. I used to...

We have just returned from a one night stay at Marwell Hotel. We went for the 7 course dinner, bed and breakfast option staying in an executive room. First impression was this is different!(in a good way!) Receptionist was very friendly and although we arrived a little early was able to check in to our room. The room was all...

I enjoyed my stay at the Marwell hotel. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The bed was comfortable. The staff were efficient and pleasant. I particularly liked the service provided at our evening meal at the restaurant. The evening meal in the main restaurant was wonderful. Skilfully prepared and cooked, very well presented. The duck starter was particularly good....

We took advantage of a Groupon deal which included a two night stay with breakfast and a zoo pass for one day. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, the sausages were poor quality and not very tasty, but the scrambled egg was good, would’ve liked to have seen hash browns on the...

Family friendly hotel. Some of the rooms are a little bit dated but the rooms are clean, warm and the beds are extremely comfortable. Lovely selection of complimentary drinks and biscuits in the room. Ecological friendly bathing products provided which are a nice touch. Staff are very friendly and professional. But if there is one thing that you must do...

We stayed here for just one night but would certainly come back if we were visiting the area. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. (Really, the best nights sleep in a long time) Lovely modern bathroom... but the toiletries are a bit skimpy. Only one small shower gel in a room to accommodate three people. No body lotion...
